Coaching and Mentoring

Q&B - Coaching and Mentoring Support is a simple means of connecting Q&B members together when they are in need of business mentoring.

We see that there are times when a Q&B member might appreciate another Q&B member to speak to - face-to-face, by email, online or by telephone - to confidentially share thoughts about their business situation. This support can be provided by any other Q&B member, though there are a number of members who are qualified coach/mentors. 

Spiritual Accompaniment

Members have found that occasional confidential conversations, with one other member of Q&B, about those issues of witness at work that keep us awake at night, can be very useful.

Spiritual Accompaniment is about finding a wider perspective on our working lives and bringing work and spirituality into focus. Having a Spiritual Accompaniment programme is helpful because the fact that we are (or are in sympathy with) Quakers means that there are certain assumptions we can make on first acquaintance around shared values of caring, listening, valuing and so on.
